Tibetan Sacred Vine Bangles
These cool natural vine bracelets are one of Tibet's oldest forms of hand made jewellery.
The plant from which they are derived is Caulis Spatholobi, a natural herb grown at an altitude of 4,000 meters. The vine comes from the Dapa Shri sacred mountain and in the past, the bracelets were made by lamas in the temple. Because the vines are from the foot of the sacred mountain, these bracelets are considered very auspicious.
Only the most precious vines can be harvested for two months of the year (from September to November). Because the plant contains ingredients vital to Tibetan medicine, its collection is also limited, making the process even more special. The Tibetans believe wearing these bracelets for long durations of time will ease blood circulation, relieve joint and nerve pain, and will help treat joint pain from rheumatism.
Our bangles are incredibly sturdy and yet extremely flexible, making them an easy-to-wear accessory. Like with our crystals, these bangles are cleansed and charged under the full moonlight.
Please note: Hues and shapes of this natural plant product might vary from the ones in the pictures.
Do not get your bangle in contact with water for a prolonged period of time. If you don't plan to wear your bangle for a while and it becomes matte, rehydrate it with a drop of olive oil to keep the shine.
